Shipping Policy and Guidelines

Last Updated: October 13, 2025

To The Limit Print+Media (“we,” “our,” “us,” or “To The Limit Print+Media”) is committed to delivering your products in a timely and professional manner. These Shipping Policy and Guidelines (“Policy”) outline the terms, conditions, and limitations that apply to all orders placed with us. By placing an order, you (“Customer”) agree to be bound by the terms set forth herein.

We reserve the right to update, modify, or revise this Policy without prior notice. The most recent version will always reflect the “Last Updated” date above. Customers are encouraged to review this Policy before placing each order, as the current version will govern all shipments.

1. Shipping Options

To The Limit Print+Media offers several shipping and delivery options to meet our customers’ needs. Orders may be shipped via UPS, FedEx, or other major carriers. Our standard method (“Standard Shipping”) is ground delivery. Available shipping methods will be displayed during the order process, and customers may select their preferred option at checkout.

If your order is produced at a To The Limit Print+Media facility near your location, you may be eligible for local delivery or in-person pickup.

2. Free Local Delivery – Maricopa County

To The Limit Print+Media offers free delivery within Maricopa County, Arizona for qualifying orders. Deliveries will be scheduled based on our production and delivery availability. Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery addresses and contact information.

If a delivery cannot be completed due to inaccurate or incomplete information, a re-delivery charge may apply. Free local delivery is limited to standard business deliveries and excludes rush orders, remote areas, or special handling requests unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3. Delivery Estimates and Production Turnaround

Estimated shipping and delivery times are provided as a convenience only and are not guaranteed. Delivery time is calculated based on the selected shipping method plus production turnaround time.

Please plan accordingly, especially for time-sensitive or event-based orders. To The Limit Print+Media is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, weather, or other factors beyond our control.

4. Risk of Loss and Transfer of Ownership

All shipments are made FOB shipping point, meaning ownership and risk of loss transfer to the Customer once the order is released to the carrier. For local delivery, ownership transfers at the time of delivery to the Customer or their authorized representative.

To The Limit Print+Media is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged packages once the carrier has taken possession of the order. Customers should contact the shipping carrier directly for claims regarding lost or damaged shipments.

5. Incorrect Addresses and Delivery Failures

Customers are responsible for verifying all shipping information prior to order submission. Incorrect or incomplete addresses may result in additional fees, delayed delivery, or returned shipments.

If a shipment is returned due to an incorrect address, customer refusal, or failure to accept delivery, the Customer will be responsible for all related costs, including re-shipment and storage fees.

6. International Shipments

International orders may be subject to additional shipping costs, customs duties, and import taxes. These charges are not included in our pricing and are the sole responsibility of the Customer. To The Limit Print+Media reserves the right to decline shipments to certain international destinations.

7. Consolidated and Group Shipping

When multiple products are ordered, they may ship separately and arrive at different times. Group or consolidated shipping may be available for select products, but all orders must meet the same product type, quantity, and destination requirements. Group shipping may extend turnaround time by one business day or more.

8. Payment Verification and Delays

Orders may be delayed due to incomplete or inaccurate billing information. To The Limit Print+Media is not responsible for shipping delays caused by payment authorization issues. Customers are encouraged to verify all payment and shipping details before placing an order.

9. Force Majeure and Carrier Delays

To The Limit Print+Media will make every effort to meet estimated shipping schedules, but we are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, natural disasters, weather, or events beyond our control, including but not limited to labor strikes, acts of God, war, government restrictions, or transportation network disruptions. Such delays are not grounds for cancellation or refund.

10. Residential Deliveries and Signatures

Shipments to residential addresses may be left without a signature at the carrier’s discretion. To The Limit Print+Media is not responsible for packages left unattended. Customers requiring signature confirmation must request it at the time of order.

11. Changes to Shipping After Order Placement

Address or shipping method changes may be requested before an order ships. If an order must be rerouted after shipment, an administrative fee and any carrier-imposed charges will apply. Once an order has left our facility, we cannot guarantee successful interception or rerouting.

12. Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall To The Limit Print+Media be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from shipment delays, carrier issues, or delivery failures. Our responsibility is limited solely to reprinting or replacing an order if a verified production error occurs under our control.

13. Acceptance of Policy

By placing an order with To The Limit Print+Media, the Customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to the terms of this Shipping Policy and Guidelines.

Returns / Reprint Policy

1. General Policy Overview All products and services provided by To The Limit Print+Media (“we,” “our,” or “us”) are custom-made to client specifications. As such, all sales are final. Refunds, returns, and exchanges are not permitted once production has begun. By placing an order, the customer (“Client,” “you,” or “your”) acknowledges and accepts this policy in full. To The Limit Print+Media reserves the right to modify or amend this policy at any time without prior notice. The version in effect at the time of your order shall govern.

2. Reprint Policy for Defective or Incorrect Items To The Limit Print+Media guarantees that all printed and decorated products will be free from defects in workmanship that deviate materially from approved proofs or industry standards. If you believe your order contains a defect or production error, you must notify To The Limit Print+Media in writing within thirty (30) calendar days of receipt by emailing sales@ttlaz.com with the following: • Order number • Detailed description of the issue • Clear photographic evidence of the defect To The Limit Print+Media will review the claim within five (5) business days. If the defect is confirmed, we will issue a reprint of the affected items only, at no additional charge. Under no circumstances will refunds, credits, or other forms of compensation be provided. Reprint is the exclusive remedy available for defective or incorrect items.

3. Non-Qualifying Issues (No Reprint or Adjustment) Reprints will not be issued for any of the following situations: • Customer-provided files containing design, spelling, or formatting errors • Artwork that does not meet minimum quality standards (e.g., resolution below 300 DPI, incorrect color mode, or poor image quality) • Minor color shifts between digital proofs and physical output • Slight variations in alignment, placement, or sizing within industry tolerances • Late deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information • Delays or damages caused by carriers, weather, natural disasters, or events beyond To The Limit Print+Media’s control • Orders that are refused, undeliverable, or unclaimed

4. Embroidery, Screen Print & DTF (Direct-to-Film) Reprint Terms For embroidery, screen printing, and DTF applications, the following shall apply: • Minor variations in stitch count, thread tension, placement, or ink density are inherent to the production process and shall not constitute defects. • Slight differences between digital mockups and final product color are to be expected. • Only clear production errors — such as incorrect thread color, design, or severe misalignment — qualify for reprint consideration. • DTF printing may produce subtle tonal or texture differences based on fabric type and press temperature; these are considered normal and acceptable. • DTF Reprint Limitation: To The Limit Print+Media will not issue reprints or replacements for DTF transfers that were printed by another company or third-party vendor. We are not responsible for defects, print quality, or adhesion issues resulting from materials not produced or applied by To The Limit Print+Media. • DTF Application Responsibility: To The Limit Print+Media is not responsible for improper application, heat press settings, pressure inconsistencies, or garment incompatibility that result in poor adhesion or transfer failure. Customers applying DTF transfers assume full responsibility for proper use and handling.

5. Customer-Supplied Garments All supplied garments must be new, clean, and free from defects. Used, soiled, or damaged items will not be accepted for production. To The Limit Print+Media assumes no responsibility for loss, damage, or misprints occurring on customer-supplied garments, regardless of fault. In no case will To The Limit Print+Media replace, reimburse, or credit customer-provided goods.

6. Shipping, Lost, or Stolen Packages Once an order leaves To The Limit Print+Media’s facility and is accepted by a shipping carrier, liability for the shipment transfers to the customer. To The Limit Print+Media is not responsible for delays, loss, theft, or damage occurring in transit. In the event of a lost or stolen package, the customer must file a claim directly with the carrier. To The Limit Print+Media will assist in providing tracking or shipment information but shall not be held liable for carrier-related issues.

7. Customer Responsibilities Clients are solely responsible for: • Reviewing and approving all digital proofs, designs, and specifications prior to production. • Providing accurate shipping, contact, and billing information. • Submitting artwork that meets To The Limit Print+Media’s production standards. • Reporting any production-related concerns within thirty (30) days of receipt. Failure to comply with these responsibilities may void eligibility for any reprint consideration.

8. Project Abandonment Orders that remain unapproved, uncollected, or inactive for fourteen (14) calendar days following notice of completion or proof request shall be deemed abandoned. Abandoned projects may be disposed of without further notice, and any deposits or payments made shall be forfeited in full. To The Limit Print+Media may, at its discretion, reinstate a project after the abandonment period subject to additional setup or storage fees.

9. Limitation of Liability To The Limit Print+Media’s total liability for any claim arising from a transaction is strictly limited to the cost of reprinting the affected product(s). Under no circumstances shall To The Limit Print+Media be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, business interruption, or customer dissatisfaction.

10. Proof Disclaimer All customers are required to carefully review and approve digital proofs prior to production. Approval signifies full acceptance of design layout, colors, spelling, sizing, and placement. To The Limit Print+Media is not responsible for errors, omissions, or discrepancies overlooked by the customer during proof approval. Failure to review proofs properly waives any claim for reprint or adjustment related to design or content issues.
